Each winner receives a pair of movie passes to watch this gory zombie quest with a friend. All you have to do is enter your name and email in the link below, and answer a simple question to be in the running.
After almost a decade, the film-making brother duo of WYRMWOOD returns with a sequel: WYRMWOOD:APOCALYPSE. Just like the first, expect a blood-splattering good time as our protagonists mow down the hordes on a new quest.
Soldier Rhys (Luke McKenzie) has adapted to the post-apocalyptic world just fine, but soon finds himself called back to redeem himself by saving a girl that could possibly hold the cure. Together with a group of rebel survivors, he mows down a crazier mob of zombies that has evolved over time, and hunts down scientists and perpetrators of the infection with glee. There are no safety catches here – the guns go blazing and the body count is unbridled and high. The Roache-Turner brothers throw Mad Max stylistics, irreverent Australian humour and lots of wicked zombies into one bloody blender.
Fans of the former will see other original castings such as Bianca Bradey as Brooke the Zombie-controlling experiment, along with Barry (Jay Gallagher) her brother and first film’s protagonist. Will their combined efforts solve the mystery to this disease borne of warped scientists? Only one way to find out – but lay out those tarps!
