Even since season 1 of Chucky ended in a cliffhanger, fans have been yearning for the return of the series. Although Don Mancini tweeted a logo for Chucky season 2, revealing that the series will officially be coming sometime in 2022, no date has been confirmed then. But now various sources have reported that Chucky season 2 may be arriving this fall with Jennifer Tilly reprising the role of Tiffany Valentine.
The first season of Chucky followed 13-year-old Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur), who acquired the killer Good Guy doll from a local yard sale in his town. Jake becomes a suspect in a series of strange events involving the doll, who unleashes a wave of shocking murders around the town.
Chucky season 1 garnered positive reviews and amassed over 11.6 million viewers across all available platforms.
